COURSE CONTENTS

On-line training is an option for those AROs who need refresher training, but find it operationally difficult to attend a class.  The ASSET Aviation Institute online Aerodrome Reporting Officer Refresher Course offers 12 hours of coursework, videos and interactive exercises designed to refresh your skills in aerodrome inspections and regulations in accordance with MOS139 and AC139-16.  In addition to CASA’s recommended five modules, we have added six modules to refresh elementary knowledge that we know AROs tend to lose over time.

We recommend that your mix the occasional classroom delivered training into your refresher program, at a frequency relevant to your aerodrome, as recommended by AC139.  However, we have priced this course to allow for annual refresher training using the same budget as needed for classroom delivery every two-five years.  Our goal is to increase the frequency of training in the industry by reducing the cost of training.
